RESERVATIONS

I only accept 4 per litter. Deposits are non refundable. If by chance the breeding is a miss or something happens to the puppy you choose, you have the option to move litters of equal value or wait until next breeding cycle from those parents. We will go in order based off the reservation and will allow puppies to be picked from litter once they are 5 weeks old. Puppies will be able to go to their forever homes once they are 8 weeks old. You can view parents in the photos albums listed on my page. I will also be updating photos to include there Pedigrees and there genetic test results. To be able to get on the reservation it’s a $150-$300 deposit.  If there are More than 4 puppies in a litter I will post the puppies that are available on the page after the reservation take there picks. Please PM me if you have any questions about the reservation 🙂

I can do any genetic/color testing request by buyer on the puppy they choose with and additional $40. Results typical take 2 weeks.  

We also do first responder, military, and CO discounts. 10% off puppy you pick.

Prices of our pups range from $800-$1500 with full breeding rights.We require a $150.00-$300.00 deposit to reserve a puppy and remaining balance due at the time the pup goes home. The Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another litter. Reservation deposits are applied toward the puppy's purchase price. We will place puppies in homes in order in which deposits are received. Please understand that all deposits are Non Refundable because as soon as we receive a deposit we will mark your puppy as reserved and it will no longer be available for other prospective buyers. Picks from litter will take place once puppies are 5 weeks and will go in order with deposits.

With our reservations lists we allow 4 spots per list. If by chance something happens to the pregnancy, the pup you choose,or if the breeding did not take at the time expected  you will have the option to move to another reservation list or continue to remain on the same list for the next breeding. We do not refund deposits for any reason but are happy to work with the buyers and move them to opening spots on other lists if need be.
